Varna is the third major city in Bulgaria, with a tendency to turn in the second, beating Plovdiv. Trends are positive mechanical growth. The New City Planning of Varna is a period of up to 2030. with an option for development until 2050.

    - Three terminals - will be extended to the central north, there will be new - to the airport and Devnya Str;
    - Two large markets for food - in western industrial zone and Vinnitsa;
    - New logistics centers - in the area of the former factory  Domostroene and Zvezdica;
  Serious development of tourism functions provided on the southern coast of Varna lake. Has an idea to build two golf courses - in Konstantinovo combined with marina and northeast of the village. Zvezditsa Konstantinovo end and there will be holiday homes. Marinas offer is east and west of Asparuhov bridge.
